We had leftover drumsticks in the fridge so I wanted to create a really simple lunch that I could pop in the oven and would be ready for us to eat the second I finished work.
I prepped the marinade the night before which was really easy and was made with things we already had in the cupboards so I didn’t even have to venture for ingredients.
Then an hour before I finished work, I popped them in the oven on a low heat for 40 minutes, before cranking the heat up for the last 20 minutes.
We had a packet of microwave rice and leftover garnish from our noodle soup so with a quick sprinkle they were ready to eat 🌶
