Slow Cooker Beef Brisket 🌶
This bbbbby has been bubbling in the slow cooker all day and it was absolutely worth the wait.

If I was doing it again, I’d put less stock in because getting the sauce to thicken was a struggle. Try switching out half of the stock for a can of chopped tomatoes for a thicker consistency.
And also, what meal can’t be improved with pancetta? I’d whack that in too😋
The recipe told us that to keep it healthy to avoid sour cream and guac, so naturally we smothered it in sour cream and guac!!
All in all, I’d rate it 8/10, a beaut meal but deffo room for improvement
