The ability to have restaurant quality pizzas on demand is amazing. The oven only takes 15 minutes to heat up and then when the pizza goes in, it can take as little as a minute to be ready for your plate.
Don’t get me wrong, the pizzas are amazing but the real star of the show is Tom’s Cheesy, Red Onion Garlic Bread 😍😍 (swipe to see) I would pay for this in a restaurant for SURE. So garlicky and buttery with a satisfying crunch in the crust. We like to serve this with our Med Veg Risotto or basically any pasta dish. Any excuse for garlic bread!
Dough-wise, we started out making our own as we were recently handed down an old Kenwood food processor but this turned out to be quite a lengthy process and we didn’t always get the results we wanted. Now, we’ve found northerndoughco which is super easy to use and comes out perfectly every time, even when we’ve forgotten to defrost it in advance!
If you’re looking for a treat, the passotogo pizza kits have the best dough we’ve used, but it’s slightly more than we’d want to spend for just our standard dinner time pizzas. We save these for special occasions!
